Take two small pieces of 2×4…6″ long about…place in front of you like an equal sign about an inch apart….put a plate on the axle and follow with a nut…screw on nut so 3/4″ of axle extends past the nut…place that 3/4″ end down between the 2/4s and the plate resting on the woods…put the disk with tines on top of the plate,,tines upside,,centered..place the other disk on top of the tines disk…align the edges…place other plate on top and screw on other nut… tighten top nut then stand assembly upright and torque nut…cut off axle so 3/4″ is extending past nut…if u have the old axle cut the new one to same length…attach the handle and u are set…don’t forget to grease the axles each year…. mike Amick
